DESCRIPTION:Lewis Ports & Eve Mancuso Hosted Fall Weekend\, Including Fall BBQ Sunday Afternoon: 8/31/24-9/2/24 \n  \nThere will be 6 meals offered this weekend\, including the Fall BBQ Sunday afternoon. \n  \nThese two meals will be Italian themed.  \nSaturday\, August 31 Dinner– Happy Hour and then seasonal Vegetable Pesto Cavatelli or Seafood Squid Ink Spaghetti for the main course.  \nHomemade Tiramisu for dessert! \nSunday\, September 1 Breakfast-Vegetarian Tuscan Farmer’s Breakfast (Cannelini\, Poached Eggs and Gremolata)\, Toasted Brioche and Italian Breakfast Sausage. \n  \n  \n  \nFall BBQ-Sunday September 1 at 1 p.m. \nThis was one of the largest gatherings last year so come to Camp to see familiar faces and meet newcomers. \nOn the Grill; Cedar-Plank Salmon with a Maple Sugar Rub\, skewered Picanha Beef with Chimichurri\, marinated Portobellos\, Elote Corn on the Cob.  \nWatermelon Crudo\, Heirloom Tomato Salad\, Red Sangria \nSkillet Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert! \nThis event (BBQ-Sunday 9/1/24) will be $25 per person. \n  \n  \nThese three meals will be Tex-Mex themed.  \nSunday\, September 1 Dinner–served all at one time; Chips and Dip\, Jicama Slaw\, Al Pastor Pork or Chickpea Tacos\, Margaritas \nChurros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce for dessert! \nIf the ACA Camp opens this year and has their Annual Square Dance\, it will take place on Sunday evening and an earlier light dinner is offered so Nawakwans can participate. SUMMARY:Hosted Weekend: Oktoberfest
DESCRIPTION:The best party in Harriman State Park returns for the third year in a row!\nJoin hosts Oliver and Dave for an all-German themed weekend of festivities. Dirndls and Lederhosen are not required but highly recommended! We will be featuring our famous soft pretzels with obatzda cheese dip and bratwurst /veggie brats along with fine German beverages and salads for an extended happy hour starting at approximately 2:00p.m. on Saturday. There will be more snacks throughout the evening including rotisserie chicken and roasted vegetables along with red cabbage.\nBreakfast will be an egg and vegetable hash with any extra brats and an array of sliced cold cuts. The remaining cold cuts will be available to make a trail lunch for anyone that may wish to. \nRSVP to cingularsales@gmail.com or oliverjlunt@gmail.com by 9/11/24. Please remember to indicate if you are a vegetarian or a meat eater and if you will be staying overnight when you RSVP.
