Sunday breakfast:  oatmeal\, berries\, and/or grilled cheese with spinach sandwiches\, coffee or tea\, and Sunday hiker’s lunch:  organic turkey and Swiss cheese sandwiches with organic baby lettuce.  (Vegetarians will have extra Swiss cheese in their sandwiches)\, fruit and granola bar. \n\nDinner will be capped at 30 participants. In keeping with our evening event celebrating our furry friends\, this will be a vegetarian weekend. Come enjoy delicious dishes inspired by the vegetables of the season. Saturday’s evening menu will include Caprese salad\, a herb-and-bean salad\, fresh fruits and a chocolatey dessert. Sunday brunch will include frittata\, corn bread with raspberry jam\, and yogurt with fruit.
