A Camp Workday is planned for November 7, weather permitting. There is no camp fee charged for Workdays. We will be processing logs for the wood pile, as well as other maintenance and new projects. This workday will be by special, Park-approved Permit. Participants must register within a week of 11/7, per our guidelines, on adkny.org.
This is a service event for applicants, priority given to those with no service event yet completed. If the ratio of keyholders to applicants is not sufficient, the event will not count toward a service requirement. However, applicants who have their service requirement, or don’t and just want to come out and help, get familiar with camp, and possibly meet a Sponsor, are certainly welcome.
