Power Out at Camp 10/17, Unknown restoration time

Please be advised that power is out at camp. The Lake Foreman was not advised as to when it may be restored. When we receive any updates, we will share it with you.
Stay safe- be sure to bring a reliable light source if you were planning on staying overnight.

Camp Closing – All hands on deck needed to close the waterfront for the season and bring in the floating dock and boating dock!
Qualifying Workday For Applicants!
We’ve got a few projects to tackle, some cleanup to do, and plenty of ways to lend a hand as we get camp ready for the off-season. Whether you can stay all day or just stop by for a couple of hours, every little bit helps. It’s also a great chance to catch up with fellow members and enjoy some time at camp before winter rolls around. Bring your work gloves and come pitch in! Dress warm! Bonus for anyone with waders that wants to help get the docks in.
Complimentary Lunch offered for those working a full day.
Soup and Sandwiches, fruit, and a sweet treat!
And include your meal preference; omnivore or vegetarian, no later than Thursday October 22, th, 10:00pm. (AN EARLIER RESPONSE IS PREFERRED TO ENABLE A WORK PLAN TO BE CONFIRMED)

Silent Auction heading into the final week, closes 9/30

Nawakwa Silent Auction

Our first-ever on-line auction, to be held as a fund raiser for Camp Nawakwa, is up and running. The opportunity for bidding will close on September 30th. Winning bids will be available for pick-up at camp on October 3rd. Please see the details for accessing the auction below.

The center piece of the auction is a framed 1941 lithograph of the Main Cabin made in 1941 by member and artist Frank Callcott. Also in the auction are a number of very fine original artworks made and donated by keyholder members for this special fund-raising event. Other members who might wish to donate an item for the auction should contact Ray Kozma at raymondkozma@gmail.com
