A Decade of Bastille Day Celebrations at Nawakwa!
July 19th and 20th
Susanne Flower and Lewis Ports take us to the South of France with a Provençal family meal. Socca (chickpea flatbread) and Grand Aioli are classic dishes local to the fragrant and sun-filled Nice and arriere-pays. And of course, the meal will be accompanied by Cotes de Provence Rose.
After dinner, for those who would like to stay, we will be projecting a French film with English subtitles and complimentary snacks in the main cabin.
Sunday breakfast will be Brioche Pain Perdu (French Toast!) and a Yogurt Bar.
The Trail Lunch will be a Sandwich Mixte (baguette with ham and Swiss) with goodies.
