Fall Tai Chi Weekend
November 11, 2023 - November 12, 2023
If you like Tai Chi, come join host Yajing Li for a one hour Tai Chi exercise followed by a simple dinner.
Saturday, Nov. 11
2:30-3:30 pm: A set of easy to follow breathing and stretching Tai Chi exercises.
Sunday, Nov. 12
8 am: Coffee, tea, homemade scones, hard boiled eggs, and hot oatmeal for breakfast.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, fruit, cookie, and juice box for hiker’s lunch bag.
