A classic hike in the Shawangunk mountains.
Beautiful rock formations and views of New Paltz and the Hudson Valley.
Moderate pace and terrain with time for lunch with a view. 6.7 mile loop trail with 1,141 feet of elevation gain.
Due to exposure on rock outcroppings please layer warmly and traction devices ( e.g., MicroSpikes or similar) are mandatory.
