Let’s celebrate summer’s end while enjoying the lake and some hearty meals. Home made guacamole, cheese and crackers, hummus for happy hour; pescatarian dinner (with a vegetarian protein substitute option) of green salad and sides of mashed potatoes and broccoli. Apple pie with ice cream to follow. Yogurt, English muffins and an omelette for breakfast.
