Lewis Ports & Eve Mancuso Hosted Fall Weekend, Including Fall BBQ Sunday Afternoon: 8/31/24-9/2/24
There will be 6 meals offered this weekend, including the Fall BBQ Sunday afternoon.
These two meals will be Italian themed.
Saturday, August 31 Dinner– Happy Hour and then seasonal Vegetable Pesto Cavatelli or Seafood Squid Ink Spaghetti for the main course.
Homemade Tiramisu for dessert!
Sunday, September 1 Breakfast-Vegetarian Tuscan Farmer’s Breakfast (Cannelini, Poached Eggs and Gremolata), Toasted Brioche and Italian Breakfast Sausage.
Fall BBQ-Sunday September 1 at 1 p.m.
This was one of the largest gatherings last year so come to Camp to see familiar faces and meet newcomers.
On the Grill; Cedar-Plank Salmon with a Maple Sugar Rub, skewered Picanha Beef with Chimichurri, marinated Portobellos, Elote Corn on the Cob.
Watermelon Crudo, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Red Sangria
Skillet Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert!
This event (BBQ-Sunday 9/1/24) will be $25 per person.
These three meals will be Tex-Mex themed.
Sunday, September 1 Dinner–served all at one time; Chips and Dip, Jicama Slaw, Al Pastor Pork or Chickpea Tacos, Margaritas
Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce for dessert!
If the ACA Camp opens this year and has their Annual Square Dance, it will take place on Sunday evening and an earlier light dinner is offered so Nawakwans can participate. It’s a short walk down the road to the ACA Camp.

Trail Lunch-Black Bean, Cheese and Chicken Wrap
