Happy Hour/Dinner menu: chicken or black bean burgers, sautéed veggies, gluten free/quinoa/brown rice pasta and Janet’s homemade apple crunch pie.
Sunday breakfast: Grilled cheese sandwiches with spinach, berries, coffee, tea.
Sunday hiker’s lunch: Organic turkey and cheese, (or cheese for vegetarians) with organic lettuce and tomato. Fruit and granola bar.
Easy prep/clean-up guaranteed. (Please note, Saturday’s lunch is complimentary, but registrants for Saturday’s dinner or/and Sunday’s meals will reimburse the host.)
The Saturday Day Fee is waived for all volunteers. When registering, please indicate which meals and if you are vegetarian.
