Pawling Appalachian Trail Hike

Pawling Appalachian Trail – Saturday, October 29th
7.1 miles with 1,342 ft of Ascent, Moderate Terrain and Pace
Our hike starts at the Appalachian Trail off Route 22 and meanders through pastures and over stiles until we reach the wooded area of the Pawling Nature Reserve. We!ll continue to ascend along the AT until we reach the red and yellow trails which loop around and take us back to the AT and the Parking Lot. Qualifying.
Hikers can take Metro North Harlem Line to the Appalachian Trail stop just before Pawling station (we’ll coordinate start/finish times to accommodate).
