Trail Work Day on Saturday, September 28th
September 28 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Come, learn and contribute a day toward maintaining our shared hiking trails. We’ll hike to our work location and then work for around three hours not counting our picnic break.
Meeting place: Camp Nawakwa ( pick-up at Rail/bus station possible)
When: 10:00 a.m.
What to bring: Work clothes, long pants and shirt sleeves, jacket/warm layers for changing weather circumstances, sturdy hiking shoes/boots, gloves, hat, plenty of water and a packed lunch. Bring hedge trimmers/lopers/pocket saws if you have them.
We provide: tools, safety glasses, work gloves, plus some dessert treats for our break-times.
