Winter Weekend
January 20 - January 21
Come to Camp Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the Winter tranquility and fellow adventurous Nawakwans. Water will be turned off at Camp for the season so this will be a “no frills” weekend. The fireplace and wood stove in the main cabin will provide heat but cold-weather clothing and sleeping bags are required.
Dinner will consist of a hearty soup, hot spiced cider and wine, Italian sausage dish (vegetarian option available) and Dutch oven bread pudding for dessert. The main course meal will be BYOB.
A hot breakfast will be offered in the morning.
This event is coordinated so that members may attend Camp on Saturday and then head to Characters in Sloatsburg for the Annual Nawakwa Social luncheon on Sunday.
