Farm to Table Hosted Weekend: June 26-27

June 26 – 27. Please join Hosts Jessica Scirbona and Eve Mancuso for a relaxing summer weekend featuring a “Farm to Table” menu of kebabs and delicious produce from the Hudson Valley Region. Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast will be offered.

Kindly respond to Jessica at jscirbona@gmail.com or evemancuso@gmail.com no later than Thursday June 24,  at 9 pm;  kindly note the meals in which you wish to partake and note your meal preference of herbivore or carnivore.

Pictures from the May 29 Work Day

We had a really good showing, 20 Nawakwans and Applicants. Despite the cold, rainy day, we did get chores done. A new applicant chopped wood, new wrought iron handles were installed to all the inside and outside cabin doors, we did a mouse-hole check of all cabins – we need to purchase steel wool, all the windows including downstairs were washed, cobwebs swept, the new refrigerator sterilized and the old freezer cleaned out, as well. Some outdoor chores were done too.
