    Thank you Dave for volunteering. Will do.

    A thought, as a way to centralize maintenance & repair needs, besides “to do” tasks, list also works that committee is already aware & is on their list as upcoming projects.

    Yes, we definitely need a list of ‘known tasks to do’ and if/when they’re scheduled (like fall 22 or spring work day 23, etc).

    Plus I’d add the estimated cost or how much is needed from the budget for major tasks

    The steps from the main cabin up to the men’s bathroom need to be leveled and a new handrail added. Both are fairly major efforts – maybe they could be outsourced?
